Adults: Take 5ml (or 1 4 of a measuring cap full – a measuring cap is included) 1 to 2 times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Take a single dose (5ml) 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. If you find that does not suffice, next time, take an earlier dose (5ml) a couple of hours prior to bedtime if necessary, followed by another closer to bedtime. Do not take more than 1 2 measuring capful (10ml) per day.

Store in a cool, dry place to begin with. Refrigerate after opening. Use within 3 weeks after opening.
