  Glucomannan 575 mg
  (from Konjac Root) (Amorphophallus konjac, K. Koch)

  Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

  Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Hyprolose, Silica, Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source).

  Adult Dosage:

  Take 3 capsules, 2-3 times daily with at least 8 oz. of water 30-45 minutes before meals. Taking this product with insufficient liquid may result in choking and or blockage of the throat, esophagus or intestine. Do not take immediately before going to bed. For use beyond 4 weeks consult a healthcare practitioner.
