  Iron (iron bisglycinate)		29 mg
  Thiamin (thiamin mononitrate)		5 mg
  Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl)		5 mg
  Copper (HVP‰ÛÊ chelate)		1 mg
  Folate (calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate‰ÛʉÛÊ)		600 mcg
  Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin)		350 mcg

  Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, L-glycine, succinic acid, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (veg), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).

   

  Recommended Dose: Take 1 tablet daily with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Use for up to 3 months or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

  Caution: If pregnant or breastfeeding or taking medications, consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
